A pre-cursor project to Moorgate, works were undertaken from early shell stage to assess a value engineered solution to ensure residents within the hotel spaces were not disturbed. Sensitive adjacent bedrooms and restaurant spaces needed extensive employment of detailed assessments and testing to achieve robust compliance with target criteria.
